Mr. Dutkanych joined Unique Insurance Company as President in 2001 and became Chairman of the holding company, Producers National Corporation (PNC) in 2003. Under his leadership, PNC’s annual writings grew from $9 million to ~$140 million. Mr. Dutkanych also championed the transformation of PNC from a single insurance company focused on non-standard auto in Illinois to a multifaceted insurance holding company with multiple insurance companies, managing general agencies and retail agencies, diversifying the company’s revenue stream. Mr. Dutkanych has a B.S in Accountancy and an M.B.A from Depaul University, where he continues to serve as a member of the Ledger and Quill Society. Since his entrance into the insurance business over 30 years ago, Mr. Dutkanych has held various positions of increasing responsibility at Universal Casualty Company (Kingsway Insurance Group), Intercontinental Insurance Company, and Schwartz, Frumm, and Millman LLC. Mr. Dutkanych served as the President of Illinois Automobile Insurers Association from 2014 to 2017 and Treasurer for the Specialty Insurers Association from 2006 to 2014.
Todd Barton

Mr. Barton joined PNC in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer, focusing on increasing the scale, efficiency and effectiveness of current operations. Prior to joining PNC, Mr. Barton held numerous finance, accounting, and investor relations roles for Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (NYSE: AJG) and Kemper Corporation (NYSE: KMPR). Mr. Barton began his career in 1999 with Ernst & Young LLP. He earned a B.S from Indiana University and M.B.A from the University of Illinois. Mr. Barton is a registered C.P.A. in Illinois.
Jeremy Cook

Mr. Cook has held executive management level positions for the last 25 years. His first experience came in the solid waste industry where he held regional and national Sales and Marketing management positions for 15 years. In the past 10 years, Jeremy has had an extremely successful career with insurance carriers. He has used his sales knowledge start as a Marketing Manager and eventually working his way to CDO of a Florida Domestic Carrier. There, he began developing and implementing plans for the operational infrastructure of the company which included the development of new management systems. Worked with so ft ware provided to develop the product that provides for quoting, product underwriting, claims management, financial reporting, and policy management. Oversaw the product development of HO3, HO6, and MH program and compliance for the last 4 years with a Florida based property company. Managed day to day operation of the underwriting department, customer service, FNOL, and billing. Oversaw the creation of an in-house claims teams to manage 500 monthly claims for all product lines.
Cameron Branch

Mr. Branch has 28 years of experience in the insurance industry. In 1992, he purchased his first agency. He has had 16 years of direct experience in managing sales and service representatives as well as 8 years of experience underwriting. Managed day to day business operations of a 70+ employee Florida agency for 3 years that grew from $30 million to over $70 million. This included 5 0 in-house employees that were in departments like the call center, sales, training, IT and marketing operations as well as 200 field agents. The last being with We Insure Group. Oversaw product development of personal auto programs both standard and non-standard including compliance, FNOL, and billing for 3 years for a Florida based company. Developed Hurricane Emergency preparedness programs for 3 different companies that would allow them to continue to take calls and handle claims even a fter a direct hit to home office.
